The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of everything yet very quiet. We were able to easily explore the Ubud market and other attractions nearby. The rooms were well-maintained and had a small private garden, adding a touch of tranquility to our stay. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that our needs were met. The breakfast offered a variety of menus to choose from, which was a nice added bonus.

My room was very beautiful and tastefully furnished, and the premises were beautiful too. The hotel feels very secluded from the hustle of Ubud, despite being close to all the shops and restaurants (the breakfast area is close to the street and noisy, so I chose to have breakfast in my "mini-garden" which was lovely).

I loved the pool and the room and the welcome area.

Lovely boutique with private garden patios, comfortable rooms, great location. Plenty of storage space, large comfy bed. Good wifi, excellent food with vegetarian options. Superb staff, provided directions/recommendations. Customized room cleaning, arranged fantastic driver. Enjoyable garden pool. Walking distance to attractions. Highly recommend.

I always stay at this resort because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, outdoor pool, air conditioning. The staff is amazing, they even helped me find my lost ID card. Perfect place for a romantic escape!

Barong Resort and Spa is great on location in terms of convenience as it's located along the stretch of Jl Monkey Forest, so you get all you need within walking distance. The staff are exceptionally friendly and warm.

Be warned if you are a light sleeper like myself and my spouse who couldn't sleep for 2 nights - we actually requested for cancelation of remaining stay after 1st night - due to dog howling throughout the night outside the hotel but near to the rooms, and late night dance performances across the street. I would advise meals outside Barong though, as there are very nice restaurants along Monkey Forest street, but nothing fantastic to praise about Barong's food.

The Barong Resort and Spa offered a variety of delicious breakfast options and had a comfortable and well-equipped room. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient.

Felt extremely safe, no reason to complain.

The hotel is clean, quiet, can not name anything that are not good, but it feels a little boring, if you want to spend a few days really quiet time and read some books, I can recommand.

The location of Barong is fantastic. Our room was really a private villa with a garden and was really lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the fresh fruit and nuts daily and the bathroom was awesome!!
